How long does it take to process my case?
Most applications are processed within 3 months, depending on the scheme and complexity of the case, but only if everything is submitted correctly. If there are missing documents, errors, or compliance issues the proces may take longer time such as weeks or even months and in some situations lead to rejection.

 Can you guarantee approval?
No, unfortunutely we cannot guarantee approval, as we are not the official authority responsible for granting residence and work permits —but we maximize your chances with accurate and thorough handling of your case. 

We try to identify potential compliance issues early in the process so we can avoid delays in the SIRI application, as well as a rejection. When we get your case, we will make an assessment whether it is realistic to achieve an approval. In cases where you do not live up to SIRI's conditions for achieving the permit, we will let you know. We are going to give you a clear answer to avoid that you waste your time, money, and hopes.

                  What documents do I need?
It depends on your situation and which kind of permit you can apply for. We will provide you with a list of the needed documentation relevant for your case so that you will have the overview.
